    • Invited paper presentation to the American Nuclear Society winter meeting, the synergetic effect of nuclear assisted combined cycle, Nov. 2004.
    • Technical committee member of Young Generation Forum (Korea), 2003~2007. (Objectives of YGF is development of human network and exchanging information among Korean student on the world)
    • Selected as a new leading researcher (3N researcher) in the nuclear engineering field by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Korea in 2007. Research plan for the design of simplified nuclear power plant and development of online monitoring system had been selected and the plan is going to be supported by the government for the next two years at least (April 2007 ~ March 2009). Total amount of two-year research fund is about $ 360,000. The awards are given to 4 researchers every two years.
